Air conditioning also referred to as a condensing unit, is a cool-only unit. Most AC systems are now lasting 15-20 years with proper annual maintenance. With high temperatures normally around May-August, it is important to make sure your AC is running properly. If not, especially with new government regulations and refrigerant charges, replacing your AC system can be a big investment. After performing a full home inspection and performing a proper home load calculation we are able to determine what size unit is needed to cool your home properly, while also getting you the best efficiency and saving you money. If your system is getting older and starting to nickel and dime you every year to keep it running, we have professionals to give you a free estimate on the replacement of your Air conditioning system.

Air Conditioning
AC Installation
We install new high-efficiency Central Air units. We make sure it is sized properly to cool your home.
AC Maintenance
Inspect & clean drain lines, check thermostat functioning, and duct work, replace the filter, and clean coils. Lubricate blowers, check wiring, clean air filter, and condenser.
AC Repair
We repair/replace all electrical and mechanical components if needed.
AC Replacement
We remove old unrepairable systems and do the installation of brand new systems.

All 1-inch filters should be changed every 30 days. All 4-5 inch filters should be changed every 3-4 months.
Not all thermostats have batteries. If they do have batteries they should be changed once a year.
